ATI-INTERCO becomes a subsidiary of CONESYS group |

ATI-INTERCO implements with AGILEA (Toulousian Consulting Cabinet) the driving of the project of Total Industrial Transformation of ATI-INTERCONNECTIONS, at the request of CONESYS.
Around 3 major objectives (improvement of customer service, integration of the group's standards, long term structuring), the first phase of this strategic project has just been launched at the end of February.
After a period of alignment and analyses, the key event will be the organization of a Seminar for the official Launch of the Plans of Improvements and Convergence, opening a phase of deployment of structural and operational projects of several months, to reach the expected performance levels from customer and CONESYS Group.
